In this course of 6 weekly mini retreats, we will ease ourselves from the ‘doing’ energy of summer to aligning ourselves with the Yin passive energy of the autumn season.

These sessions are designed to help you find balance, calm, peace and harmony of mind and body.

We will immerse ourselves in our own provided comfy ‘nest’ in the rustic Ganache yoga lodge in the beautiful surroundings of Baby Moon Retreat and warmed by the log burner.

Once comfortable we will include the following in our sessions :

These sessions will help you ‘let go ‘ of whatever isn’t serving you right now and harvest and preserve new fresh energy and peacefulness just as nature intends in this season.

Each course includes your gifts of an essential oil blend for the season and a full set of healing balancing Autumn crystals.
