What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing, you can move around in and layers as during the warm up and cool down you will want extra layers.
Toe/grippy socks may be a good idea if your feet get cold.
If you have any other questions please ask.
If you haven’t been to my class before you will need to complete a short questionnaire.
