Understanding Your Struggle

Many women come to me after years, sometimes decades, of trying to lose weight.

You may have followed many different plans, promised yourself this time will be different, and for a while things improve.

But eventually the old patterns return.

This can feel incredibly frustrating and discouraging.

The truth is that emotional eating often develops for understandable reasons such as stress, habit, comfort or emotional overwhelm.

My Approach

I have spent more than 25 years working in fitness, nutrition and weight coaching, supporting women to improve their health and wellbeing.

I also understand the struggle personally, having navigated my own journey with weight and emotional eating.

Over time I realised that many women were not failing because they lacked willpower.

They were struggling because the deeper emotional patterns had never been addressed.

Today my work blends my experience in fitness, nutrition, coaching and behavioural change to help women create a healthier and more compassionate relationship with food and their bodies.
