She was attentive, actually listened, advised and was able to communicate and explain so well that I understood perfectly.
I’ve never had reiki and it’s my first time exploring spirituality and acknowledging that in order to take care of the body you also need to embrace your soul and mind. This seems like common sense but it really isn’t when you’re so busy in daily life rushing around and adulting!
