Life can feel busy and noisy — in the body, the mind, and the soul.
These weekly yoga and relaxation mini retreats are a gentle invitation to slow down, step out of the rush of everyday life, and return to a place of calm.
Held in a warm, intimate sanctuary, these 1.5hour sessions are intentionally small (maximum of 8 women), creating a safe, non-intimidating space where you can soften, breathe, and truly let go. Arrive from 30 minutes before to settle and relax with herbal tea and the option of an oracle card reading.

Mind • Body • Soul Reset
Each session blends gentle yoga for the body, hypnotherapy and relaxation for the mind, and nurturing spiritual practices for the soul. We’ll also explore simple somatic techniques to release tension and calm the nervous system. A deeply supportive space to restore your energy, find clarity and reconnect with yourself.

This 6 week beginners yoga journey is a gentle and supportive introduction to yoga, designed for women who are curious but may feel unsure where to begin.
In a small, nurturing group, you’ll be guided step by step through simple, accessible movement, alongside breathwork, deep relaxation and calming practices to soothe the nervous system.
With elements of oils, crystals and guided meditation woven throughout, this is more than a class, it is a space to slow down, reconnect and begin creating a calmer, more peaceful way of living.

Yin & Tonic
4 Week Journey, Starting Monday 27th April, 10:30am – 12pm

Yin & Tonic is offered as a small, supportive 4 week journey, allowing you the space to truly settle, soften and be held over time.
Each session builds gently on the last, weaving together the quiet, grounding energy of yin yoga with breathwork, guided relaxation and subtle healing elements.
There is no standing or flowing, just deeply nourishing, supported practices that invite your body to rest and your nervous system to recalibrate.
This is a space to reconnect with yourself at your own pace, to feel safe in your body, and to experience the cumulative benefits of slowing down in a consistent and compassionate way.

This 4-week Yoga & Relaxation Retreat offers you a gentle weekly pause.
A place to be guided with care, supported without judgement, and given permission to slow right down.
When you stop striving and allow yourself to rest, the nervous system softens, the body releases, and the mind naturally becomes calmer.

I was tempted by the blend of spirituality/ mindfulness and the use of crystals. It’s actually a perfect blend and as I’ve done Pilates for several years and some reiki, it feels like your classes are tailor-made.
Massively relaxing but I’ve also noticed increased flexibility and tone too. I’d always been a bit sceptical of yoga in the past but I’m definitely a convert!

From the moment I entered the room my senses were instantly calmed with the most beautiful aroma and warm welcome.
Carole paced the class for all ages and abilities. This meant I could still attend whilst suffering with a knee injury by tweaking a few of the poses with the help and guidance from Carole.
The sessions always left me feeling uplifted, energised and full of positivity for the day ahead.

Yoga came later.
Like many, I once believed yoga was only for a certain “type” of person. Through training and lived experience, I discovered yoga as a powerful way to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deep, lasting healing.
I felt a strong calling to share this gentler, more soulful approach.
