I’m Carole Anne, and I Know What It Feels Like to Be Lost
I’m a healer, mentor, coach, yogini, and someone who’s walked her own path through overwhelm, identity loss, and rebuilding from scratch. My work blends gentle yoga, healing, coaching, and soulful connection, all held in kindness and respect.
Life once took me through deep pain: my marriage ended, my business collapsed, my daughter became unwell, and I lost my home. In that space, I lost myself. What once worked, discipline, self-criticism, and force, no longer served me. I began to realise the journey back to joy wasn’t about pushing harder, but about softening, listening, and remembering who I was beneath the noise.
That journey led me into healing modalities, coaching, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), yoga, intuition work, crystal healing, and more. I now bring all of these together in a heart-centred way, for women who want transformation through presence, not pressure.
My greatest joy is guiding others into that same sense of clarity, calm, and soulful confidence, one breath and one intentional step at a time.
What I Offer
My work supports women who are ready to come home to themselves, to release old patterns, restore balance, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. I offer gentle yet transformational support for the mind, body, and soul, meeting you exactly where you are.
Soul
Signature Mind, Body & Soul Therapy
This nurturing, intuitive session is designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.
Your session may include:
- Angelic Reiki and intuitive guidance
- Chakra balancing and energy clearing
- Oracle card insight
- Crystal healing and support
- An intuitive essential oil back massage.
Each session is guided by what your soul needs in the moment, creating a deeply restorative and sacred experience.
Gentle Yoga & Soulful Retreats
Alongside my 1:1 therapeutic and healing work, I also offer gentle, nourishing yoga for women who want to move their bodies with kindness, awareness, and respect, particularly during midlife and beyond.
My yoga sessions focus on:
Soft, accessible movement
Breath, rest, and nervous system regulation
Reconnection with your body’s wisdom
Creating space to listen inward
I also hold small, intimate retreats and sacred journeys, offering time away from everyday life to rest, reflect, heal, and reconnect with yourself and with like-minded women. These experiences are slow, spacious, and deeply supportive, allowing real transformation to unfold naturally.
Mind
Rapid Transformational Therapy
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a powerful yet compassionate approach that blends the most effective elements of hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, and psychotherapy.
RTT works at the subconscious level, gently uncovering and releasing the root causes of emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and long-held patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Many women experience profound and lasting shifts in just three sessions over four weeks.
This work is ideal if you’re ready to:
- Let go of emotional baggage and self-sabotaging habits, fears, phobias or anything else that no longer serves you
- Build confidence, clarity, and emotional freedom
- Create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.

1:1 Mind, Body, Soul Transformation (12 Weeks)
This deeply supportive 1:1 journey is for women who know they’re meant for more, more ease, more joy, more alignment, but feel held back by old habits, overwhelm, or self-doubt.
Over 12 weeks, we work together gently and intuitively to help you:
- Release unhealthy coping patterns used to numb pain or stress
- Reconnect with your confidence, purpose, and inner sparkle
- Create sustainable change that feels nourishing, not forced.

Mind Your Weight: 4-Week Transformation
This programme combines the subconscious power of RTT hypnotherapy with compassionate coaching around food, movement, and self-care.
You’ll be supported to:
