What you’ll get!
This Mind Your Weight program is a coaching/healing/therapy journey that begins by uncovering your own root causes of permanently struggling with controlling your weight.
Carole-Anne will personally guide you on an empowering path to uncover your deep-rooted limiting beliefs around food and remove them altogether.
You’ll then replace these with powerful new beliefs that allow you to live the healthy life you deserve.
Weight control issues are always rooted in other aspects of imbalance or misalignment in our lives.
Mind Your Weight 1 to 1 transformational program
This programme includes the following :
- Initial face to face session where we explore your personal food story – habits beliefs and behaviours and understand your current health indicators by undertaking a body scan and helping you understand your results and start point. This may be 2-3 hours that set you up for success.
- We agree goals based on those health indicators focussing on body fat and shape changes rather than weight.
- A personal plan is created for a simple to follow eating and activity structure that helps you build and embody new easy habits without extreme exercise or hunger. You may well find you feel you’re eating more and delicious foods but ones that work with your body to achieve your goals.
- A supporting recipe book also provided.
- A full Rapid Transformational Therapy session. This uses the combined power of hypnotherapy, CBT, psychotherapy and NLP to uncover the root cause of your weight issues. This then allows us to change the beliefs you’ve formed about yourself, your eating and your weight to quickly and permanently transform your eating habits and weight.
- Weekly 60 minute follow up sessions to monitor progress, motivate, encourage , support and increase understanding and knowledge of how to eat and exercise smart simply and easily for your long term health and great shape.
- Help to build step by step a great, simple yet powerful, framework for your conscious mind to work with to start to change your thinking. This will incorporate the most powerful tips, tools and strategies for lasting weight control in a pain-free way and without deprivation.
- Access to private Facebook group with tips motivation and exercise and mindset sessions.

About Carole-Anne Knott
I often work with ladies who are challenged physically. They may be ill, they may be carrying excess weight. However, there is usually some physical manifestation of other things that perhaps are out of balance in their life or other issues or wounds that have just not been healed.
It probably began at the age of 15 for me, when my PT teacher actually said to me, "let's put thunder thighs in goal". And that was when I realised I was bigger than the other girls. I'd been secretly eating going to the sweet shop and having secret snacks because it made me feel better.
I had no awareness at the time why I was doing it, but it began a nearly 30-year cycle of feeling uncomfortable with who I was. Either thinking that my discomfort was physical as in my weight or how I looked and I thought the answer to go on a diet or to start a new exercise routine.
I got into a pattern and had so many false starts. Some would end by midday on Monday when I would start bingeing. At other times, I'd make it to Tuesday.
If I did succeed in losing weight, the self-sabotage would kick in, the bingeing would kick in. All the things I'd been depriving myself of came back into my life tenfold. And so that was my 30-year cycle. I put on weight, lost weight, not quite as much as I'd put on and I gradually got fatter and fatter and fatter.
I became a weight loss coach and a physical trainer and achieved the weight loss and body shape I'd always wanted. That controlled environment helped me stay in shape for 15 years.
Then my world collapsed around me. My marriage of 27-years broke up, my business collapsed, my daughter became unwell and I lost my home. And I went right back to my old habits, the self-sabotage and bingeing!
That was when I understood it was more than just dieting. I needed to rediscover myself.
So I studied spiritual therapies and then Rapid Transformation Therapy, with a leading UK therapist, which has completely transformed me.
It's so powerful and helps you get to the root cause of any issue and the beliefs behind that very quickly. So you can take control and change or transform in any way that suits you.
I now offer a very complete personally tailored individual coaching therapy combined with healing.
