These weekly yoga and relaxation mini retreats are a gentle invitation to slow down, step out of the rush of everyday life, and return to a place of calm.
Held in a warm, intimate sanctuary, these 2-hour sessions are intentionally small (maximum of 8 women), creating a safe, non-intimidating space where you can soften, breathe, and truly let go.

This 4-week Yoga & Relaxation Retreat offers you a gentle weekly pause.
A place to be guided with care, supported without judgement, and given permission to slow right down.
When you stop striving and allow yourself to rest, the nervous system softens, the body releases, and the mind naturally becomes calmer.

From the moment you arrive, everything is designed to help you let go.
You’ll settle onto your mat with a cleansing herbal tea, allowing the busyness of the day to fade as your body and mind begin to soften.
Each session gently guides you through:
🦋 Grounding and soothing breathwork to calm the nervous system and quiet racing thoughts
🦋 Guided relaxation to settle the mind and release deeply held tension from the body
🦋 Slow, nourishing Hatha to Yin yoga, encouraging ease rather than effort for beginners and anyone craving gentleness
🦋 Chakra balancing, energy work, and crystal healing to restore emotional and energetic harmony.
This is not about pushing, striving, or achieving poses.
This is yoga for the unbendy, the overthinking, the tired, and the complete beginner.
There is no pressure to perform – only an invitation to rest.
You’ll leave feeling mentally clearer, physically lighter, and emotionally calmer, with a deep sense of inner steadiness.

I have tried a couple of yoga classes in the past but have been put off by the pace or the ‘show off’ style. And that’s really put me off yoga, so your classes were a final attempt – and thank goodness!
I was tempted by the blend of spirituality/ mindfulness and the use of crystals. It’s actually a perfect blend and as I’ve done Pilates for several years and some reiki, it feels like your classes are tailor-made.
Massively relaxing but I’ve also noticed increased flexibility and tone too. I’d always been a bit sceptical of yoga in the past but I’m definitely a convert!

I first started yoga with Carole-Anne as a complete novice with absolutely no experience, but a thousand misconceptions of what I thought yoga was.
From the moment I entered the room my senses were instantly calmed with the most beautiful aroma and warm welcome.
Carole paced the class for all ages and abilities. This meant I could still attend whilst suffering with a knee injury by tweaking a few of the poses with the help and guidance from Carole.
The sessions always left me feeling uplifted, energised and full of positivity for the day ahead.
I have tried several yoga sessions since and can honestly say nothing else even comes close. If you’re thinking of trying a yoga session or retreat with Carole you absolutely will not regret it.
Carole-Anne’s Yoga class is so much more than just Yoga. It truly brings together ‘mind, body and spirit’.
I have learned so much with Carole-Anne, the insight into one’s serenity is wonderful. The relaxation and mindfulness, often with guided imagery, that ends the session leaves you with a feeling of calm and peace to take forward into your day.
The practice of Carole-Anne’s yoga is for all abilities, and you are well looked after. She goes the extra mile to provide a unique experience. She is, without doubt, the most wonderful soul and teacher of yoga.

Your Teacher – Carole Anne
My healing journey began with angelic Reiki, crystals, chakra work, and oracle cards — exploring healing beyond the physical.
Yoga came later.
Like many, I once believed yoga was only for a certain “type” of person. Through training and lived experience, I discovered yoga as a powerful way to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deep, lasting healing.
I felt a strong calling to share this gentler, more soulful approach.
Body, Mind and Soul
Today, I support women through three dimensions of healing:

- The body — releasing tension, stiffness, and holding through gentle movement
- The mind — easing mental overload, calming anxious thoughts, and creating space for peace
- The soul — reconnecting with inner wisdom through energy work, chakras, and crystals.
Everything I offer is designed to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply at ease.
This is yoga beyond poses.
It’s a practice of calming the mind, softening the body, and nourishing the soul.
