We blend gentle yoga, somatic movement, rest, relaxation, healing, and intuitive guidance in a way that supports your whole being.

    • 5.30pm-7.30pm.

The first 30 minutes are for connection, receiving soul guidance, and oracle card readings.

Practice begins at 10.30am and 6pm no access to join after that time.

I have tried a couple of yoga classes in the past but have been put off by the pace or the ‘show off’ style. And that’s really put me off yoga, so your classes were a final attempt – and thank goodness!

I was tempted by the blend of spirituality/ mindfulness and the use of crystals. It’s actually a perfect blend and as I’ve done Pilates for several years and some reiki, it feels like your classes are tailor-made.

Massively relaxing but I’ve also noticed increased flexibility and tone too. I’d always been a bit sceptical of yoga in the past but I’m definitely a convert!

I first started yoga with Carole-Anne as a complete novice with absolutely no experience, but a thousand misconceptions of what I thought yoga was.

From the moment I entered the room my senses were instantly calmed with the most beautiful aroma and warm welcome.
Carole paced the class for all ages and abilities. This meant I could still attend whilst suffering with a knee injury by tweaking a few of the poses with the help and guidance from Carole.

The sessions always left me feeling uplifted, energised and full of positivity for the day ahead.

Your Teacher – Carole Anne

My healing journey began with angelic Reiki, crystals, chakra work, and oracle cards — exploring healing beyond the physical.

Yoga came later.

Like many, I once believed yoga was only for a certain “type” of person. Through training and lived experience, I discovered yoga as a powerful way to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deep, lasting healing.

I felt a strong calling to share this gentler, more soulful approach.

Body, Mind and Soul

Today, I support women through three dimensions of healing:

    • The body — releasing tension, stiffness, and holding through gentle movement
    • The mind — easing mental overload, calming anxious thoughts, and creating space for peace
    •  The soul — reconnecting with inner wisdom through energy work, chakras, and crystals.

Everything I offer is designed to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply at ease.

This is yoga beyond poses.

It’s a practice of calming the mind, softening the body, and nourishing the soul.
