Yoga at Serenity Lounge is a place for women to soften, breathe, reconnect and feel supported emotionally, physically and spiritually.

These classes are not about perfection, performance or pushing yourself harder.

They are a gentle invitation to slow down, calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body and create space to simply be.

Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after time away or looking for a more nurturing approach, you are warmly welcome here.

Your Teacher – Carole Anne

My healing journey began with angelic Reiki, crystals, chakra work, and oracle cards — exploring healing beyond the physical.

Yoga came later.

Like many, I once believed yoga was only for a certain “type” of person. Through training and lived experience, I discovered yoga as a powerful way to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deep, lasting healing.

I felt a strong calling to share this gentler, more soulful approach.

Body, Mind and Soul

Today, I support women through three dimensions of healing:

    • The body — releasing tension, stiffness, and holding through gentle movement
    • The mind — easing mental overload, calming anxious thoughts, and creating space for peace
    •  The soul — reconnecting with inner wisdom through energy work, chakras, and crystals.

Everything I offer is designed to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply at ease.

This is yoga beyond poses.

It’s a practice of calming the mind, softening the body, and nourishing the soul.
