Step into the warmth and quiet magic of the Summer Solstice, a powerful moment in the year where light is at its fullest and life invites you to slow down and come back to yourself.

Held in the beautiful, fairy lit surroundings of Howard Court Barn, this day is designed to gently guide you out of doing and into being.

A space where you can exhale, soften, and feel deeply supported.

The solstice represents expansion, light, and possibility.

It is a time to honour how far you have come, release what feels heavy, and realign with what truly matters.

This is your invitation to pause and receive, to reconnect with your energy, your body, and your inner calm.

If the weather allows, we may also take part of the day outdoors to soak up the healing energy of the sun and nature.
