Held in the cosy, fairy lit beauty of Howard Court Barn, this nurturing day retreat has been created as a sanctuary for women who are ready to slow down, soften, and replenish after the demands of the festive season.

January can often feel heavy.
There can be pressure to rush forward, do more, fix more, become more.

But winter asks something different of us:

To pause,
To rest,
To listen inward,
To honour what we need before moving forward again.

This day is your permission to do exactly that.

The Energy of Winter

Winter is the season of restoration.
A time for deep rest, reflection, and renewal.

Like nature, we are not meant to bloom all year round.

Cocooned has been designed to support your nervous system, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your body and inner self in a deeply nurturing and supportive space.

If the weather allows, we may also spend gentle time outdoors, connecting with nature and embracing the peaceful energy of winter.

Throughout the day you will also be supported with carefully chosen crystals and essential oils to bring comfort, grounding, and calm both during the retreat and beyond
