A gentle space to slow down, reconnect and begin again

The experience

This is more than a yoga session.

It is a space where you can pause, breathe and give yourself time to come back to yourself.

Life can feel full, overwhelming and constant. This space offers something different. A chance to step out of the noise and into a calm, supportive environment where you are gently guided to slow down and reconnect.

Through a blend of gentle yoga, relaxation and deeper supportive practices, you will begin to feel more grounded, more settled and more like yourself again.

You do not need to be ready for big change.
You simply need to feel the pull to take some time for yourself.

What is included

🦋 Gentle yoga and movement to release tension and reconnect with your body
🦋 Deep relaxation and guided meditation to calm your nervous system
🦋 Supportive practices to help you process and release what you are holding
🦋 Energy based elements such as grounding, chakra awareness or gentle clearing
🦋 Time for reflection, stillness and integration
🦋 A small, supportive group where you feel safe, seen and held

Everything is designed to feel gentle, accessible and supportive, never overwhelming.

Mind Body Soul Reset Journey

A 4 week, deeper, more supported experience.

If you feel ready for something more immersive, this journey offers a longer space to reconnect, release and gently shift what you are holding.

You will be supported over a series of sessions to explore, unwind and reconnect on a deeper level, at a pace that feels right for you.

There are 3 starting dates available with morning or evening sessions to choose from. 

All experiences are held in my peaceful studio in Cockermouth.
