Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a place at the Retreat, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
“HOSTS” means Philippa Gray and Carol-Anne Knott.
1. Booking and Payment
Your place on the Retreat is confirmed only once full payment has been received, or a payment plan has been arranged via PayPal where applicable.
Earlybird pricing is available until 15 June 2026. After this date, the standard Retreat price will apply.
Participants choosing to pay via PayPal may be able to access a payment plan directly through PayPal, subject to PayPal’s terms and approval. Any payment plan arrangement is between the participant and PayPal.
2. Payments
All payments made toward the Retreat are non-refundable.
By securing your place, you are committing to the full Retreat investment, including where payment is made in installments through PayPal or any agreed payment arrangement.
Failure to complete payments does not cancel your payment obligation.
3. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final.
No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal circumstances
- Illness or injury
- Travel disruption
- Inability to attend for any reason
If you are unable to attend, your booking may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from the HOSTS.
4. Participant Agreement Requirement
As a condition of attendance, all participants must review, sign, and agree to the Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver and Media Release prior to attending the Retreat.
Failure to complete and return these documents may result in your place being cancelled without refund.
5. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, insurance (including travel insurance where appropriate), and any personal expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Changes, Cancellation by Hosts and Force Majeure
The HOSTS reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Retreat schedule, content, facilitators, or venue where necessary.
In the unlikely event the Retreat is cancelled by the HOSTS, participants will be offered a transfer to a rescheduled date or a refund at the Hosts’ discretion.
The HOSTS shall not be held liable for cancellation, delay, changes, losses, or failure to perform where this arises due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, extreme weather, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, venue closure, supplier failure, transportation disruption, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, the Hosts reserve the right to reschedule the Retreat and transfer bookings to a future date rather than provide refunds.
7. Agreement to Terms
By booking a place, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and you agree to sign the Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver and Media Release prior to attending
