A deeply restorative evening for women who are tired of holding everything together

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or like you’ve lost a sense of yourself, this space is for you.

A gentle, nurturing pause in the middle of your week where you don’t have to give, fix, or push.

Just be.

This is your time to exhale

So many women arrive feeling:

  • Constantly tired but unable to fully rest
  • Mentally busy and emotionally stretched
  • Disconnected from themselves
  • Carrying more than they realise

These evenings are a chance to soften all of that.
To step out of doing and come back into rest, feeling, and receiving.

What you’ll experience

Each Serenity evening is a small, intimate gathering designed to support your whole system, body, mind, and emotions.

You’ll be gently guided through:

✨ Calming breathwork to settle your nervous system
✨ Slow, soothing movement or stillness
✨ Deeply restorative rest practices
✨ Space for emotional release if it arises
✨Quiet moments to reconnect with yourself

Everything is optional. You are always free to simply rest.
